Q1: For which meeting would you like to design the program?

Any program that is meant to bring about meaningful change.

Q2: What was your proudest moment as a meeting designer or trainer?

When you can sense the energy building in the room and the group going deeper or going further than previously imaginable.

Q3: What is something most people don’t know about you?

I can be quite an introvert who enjoys alone time.

Q4: Poor meetings are the cause of what, exactly?

Poor meetings often come from not thinking through the actual goals of the meeting and often lead to wasted opportunities and resources.

Q5: Who is the person you learned the most from?

I have learned tremendously from my mother Annie Wu and my previous boss/mentor Diane Yin

Q6: Describe a meeting during which (or after which) you witnessed a profound change.

It was a 2-day in-house strategic meeting involving presentations, discussion, workshops, SDGs-game, etc, and at the end we had a session of appreciation where people could walk up to anyone to say thank-you. Surprisingly, it brought out so much emotion and tears, between departments that might be previously antagonistic or people who had grudges against each other. You could sense a beautiful flow of energy in the room and a solidifying commitment towards the goals that have been put together over the past few days.
