I am a firm believer that life is too short for bad meetings. I hope this Introduction to Facilitation course will give you fresh perspectives and practical skills to make meetings more engaging, effective, impactful, and even fun. Once you discover the power of good facilitation, you'll never look at meetings the same way again. I can't wait to embark on this learning journey with you!
Q2: What do you want to share with learners?
I hope to share practical examples of facilitation in action so you can clearly see how the concepts and skills introduced in class come to life in real meetings. I also want to guide you in adapting them to your own context.
Q3: How does the course relate to your previous experience?
After witnessing thousands of meetings as a conference interpreter, I realised that good meetings are shaped not only by what is discussed, but by how conversations are designed and facilitated. That realisation inspired my journey into facilitation.Q4: How will your experience benefit learners?
I will share not only what I've learned as a professional facilitator, but also my own learning journey. I began my facilitation career by training with Orange Gibbon, so I understand the challenges of turning new concepts into practice. My goal is to help you build the confidence to facilitate your own meetings from day one.
