Highly recommend!
Supporting clients and diverse stakeholders to move toward meaningful and effective action is at the core of my work. In my fields of sustainability, design strategy, and service design, facilitation is not just a “nice-to-have” skill; it is a critical capability for truly clarifying problems and enabling real change. Yet, facilitation is inherently difficult to master through passive, static learning.
Mike's Meeting Facilitation Workshop takes a completely different approach. There are no rigid, information-heavy slides—only hands-on practice, rich interaction, real-time feedback, and peer learning. Through this, I didn’t just learn techniques; I learned how to design a facilitation process that is logical, adaptive, and well-paced, with clear alignment to the underlying goals.
What I found most valuable is Mike’s “show, not tell” approach. Throughout the workshop, I was able to directly experience the atmosphere of facilitation, how to hold the space, and how to truly understand participants—even down to the subtle nuances that often make or break a project or meeting outcome.
Truly a rewarding experience.
